The Faculty of Health, Education and Life Sciences at Birmingham City University is pleased to announce the vacancy of two research assistant posts to support our 2020 research strategy. These posts are permanent and represent a unique opportunity for well-qualified, ambitious team players to build research careers within our community. There is also the opportunity to undertake a PhD whilst in post to support long term career development of the post holders. We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic, hardworking research assistants with experience in quantitative health research and/or mixed methods demonstrable either via previous employment or education. The post holders will be working within the Centre for Social Care, Health and Related Research under the supervision of Dr Sarahjane Jones, supporting a wide range of research topics within our four research clusters:

-          Quality of Care

-          Family Health

-          Health and Wellbeing

-          Mental Health

We are therefore, looking for individuals interested in developing a wide portfolio of activity.
