Our work is fast paced, with high levels of demand all year round as we deliver against tight deadlines and robust targets. Now, and for the next two years, we are working through a programme of process improvement that utilises the talents of our people to identify what isn’t working well, and develop proposals for change based on real experience and expertise.    

This particular post will be based within Birmingham Conservatoire which will move from its current location to a new state of the art building located on our main City Centre Campus during the summer of 2017.  This move will also see the merger of the existing Conservatoire and Birmingham School of Acting bringing together acting and musical talent to give students the skills they need to meet the demands of today’s fast-paced creative economy.

We are looking for talented, dynamic, resilient, and enthusiastic individuals who would like to pursue their next career step in the role of Team Leader.  To be successful in this position, you will be required not only to run efficient processes, but most importantly, to have the personal attributes and capability to bring your people together, getting the best out of every individual while building a strong, shared ethos.    Great communication skills and being a regular, adept user of MS Office applications are essential for the role.   In return we will give you access to our dedicated programme of in-house training and support, as well as great package of benefits,  opportunities for development and progression, and the chance to make a real mark on our business.
